Model the sellable product
Products, seller SKUs, listings, inventory promises, and price rules stay separate, then resolve into one sellable offer.
Commerce infrastructure and operating system. Products, orders, inventory, shipping — one platform, total control.
AI operations agents
Workform gives agents the live operational context they need to decide, route, draft, approve, and execute across the business.
29 SKUs need replenishment.
I found reorder risks, checked supplier lead times, drafted PO-1048 with landed cost, and held approval until cash impact cleared margin guardrails.

Workform connects the tools your team uses with the real business objects underneath: product, stock, listing, order, fulfilment, payment, return, and margin.
Every automation sees landed cost, channel fees, shipping rules, returns exposure, and stock position before it acts.
Pick waves, stock movements, repricing, and carrier cutoffs sit on the same timeline, so the warehouse and marketplace do not drift apart.

Listing / MarketOrder / channel publish
Product, SKU, listing, inventory, and pricing remain separate facts. MarketOrder is the intent layer that resolves those facts into public marketplace reads, storefront catalog, B2B pricing, and channel publishing state.

A MarketOrder opens the commercial intent without pretending checkout has committed. Public listings, storefront price reads, and ChannelOffer rows update from the same buyer-safe projection.
Base price, policy stack, customer scope, terms, and inventory promise resolve into one sellable projection before checkout.
MarketOrder is intent. Checkout confirm is the commit that creates MarketTrade, order, payment, fulfillment, and settlement records.
No raw warehouse rows leak into buyer surfaces. Every public read traces back to the same market intent.

The platform
12 core domains. Hundreds of features. Data flows between them in real time — one write propagates everywhere.
Unified network
Suppliers, warehouses, and customers — sharing one dataset in real time. One write propagates everywhere. Zero reconciliation.
We built Workform for the warehouse floor: accurate picking, fast packing, barcode checks, and dispatch that matches the real shelf.
In the warehouse, disconnected software shows up physically: pickers walking back to screens, packers checking paper notes, wrong SKUs, missed labels, and late dispatch. Workform makes the flow scan-based: pick the right item, verify it at pack, print the label, and move the order out without hunting through tabs.
Every "all-in-one" platform we tried was either a bolted-together acquisition mess or needed a consultant to configure. We wanted something that actually worked out of the box — so we built it.
Repricing in Channel Max. P&L in Seller Toolkit. Shipping in ShipStation. Inventory in Veeqo. We were paying for 7+ tools that each did one thing when one platform should handle all of it.
We needed custom fields on everything — products, orders, customers. No platform let us model our business our way. So we built custom schemas into the core architecture.
Sales channels, carriers, accounting, payments, automations, and custom APIs all connect into one operating record.
